4. Counter-Notice Procedure (Restoration of Content)

- Statement under Penalty of Perjury: A declaration that you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification.
- Your Consent to Jurisdiction: Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your region and agreeing to accept service of process from the original complainant.

5. Repeat Infringers
pinitrin.com reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright.
