This issue is usually caused by the color format of HDR footage recorded with iPhone cameras. After creating your sequence (timeline), go to
Sequence > Sequence Settings > Color Management and change the Working Color Space from Rec. 2100 HLG to Rec. 709. (Premiere Pro 2025)
This adjustment ensures more natural colors and fixes the overexposed (blown out) look that appears after rendering.
